Name of Posts: Company Secretary
Educational Qualification: 1st Class Degree in Commerce and also having passed Company Secretaryship (C.S.) from the Institute of Company Secretaries of India, New Delhi. Basic knowledge of Compute application. Adequate knowledge of English, Gujarati and Hindi.
Experience: 3 years experience in handling secretarial work in the companies incorporated under the companies Act along with working experience of liaisoning with financial Institutions registered with Reserve Bank of India and Banks.
Age limit: Not more than 40 years
Pay Scale: Rs.1560-39100 – Grade Pay Rs.5400/-
Selection Process : Final Selection will be based on written exam.
